Meet the team

Kim Faith

With a degree in design from the University of Minnesota Kim began her career designing jewelry and women’s fashions. She was introduced to the Hospitality industry in 1991 when she accepted a sales position with a Twin Cities design and procurement firm. In 2012 she created Fashion and Function to bring the finest quality, beautiful products to the Hospitality and Senior Living markets.

Kim sees her role as bridging the gap between the manufacturer’s capabilities and the designers vision. Her hand’s on design and sales experience enables her to understand the customer’s vision and communicate it to the manufacturer.  Each project is a collaboration and an opportunity to build strong relationships with customers and manufacturers. Kim believes that kindness, truthfulness and attention to detail are the keys to a success in business and in life.

Claude worell

As Kim’s partner, passed away in April of 2021. He is a greatly missed.
